Our Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking information)
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request approval for a full refund
- For split shipments, the 7-day window begins from the final package delivery date
Return Eligibility
You're eligible for a return if:
- Items are unworn and unused with original tags attached
- Items are returned in the original clear garment packaging with SKU label intact
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These transactions are final.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with detailed return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Report it within 24 hours of delivery
- Email photos of the item to support@mkstyleboutiques.com
- Include your order number
Approved claims receive a full refund to the original payment method with no restocking fees or return shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once in processing status or already shipped
- You may attempt to cancel within 24 hours of purchase, but cancellation is not guaranteed due to fast processing times
Fees & Charges
- Return shipping: Customer's responsibility (unless due to damage, defect, or our shipping error)
- Restocking fee: 20% fee applies to returns that don't meet eligibility criteria, or the return may be declined
- Original shipping charges: Non-refundable
