Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled from our supplier's California-based warehouses.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days after your order is processed. Please allow 24 hours for order processing.
Q: How much does shipping cost?

Q: Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
A: We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping options.
Q: Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
A: Our supplier is based in California and operates from two warehouses. Depending on product availability, your order may ship from either location and could arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and process your return (5–7 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit.
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
A: We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Q: Can I return Final Sale items?
A: No, Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. All Final Sale transactions are final.
Q: For split shipments, when does my return window start?
A: Your 7-day return window begins from the final package delivery date.

A: Yes! We work with a trusted U.S.-based supplier to ensure all products are 100% authentic and high quality.
Q: What items are non-returnable?
